How to forward Ring Group to Voicemail if not answered

To forward Ring Group to Voicemail if not answered, following configuration is needed:

  • Create separated Device for Voicemail and configure its Call Flow so it would be forwarded to Voicemail on "Before Call" state;
  • Create fake DID (in example 99999) and forward this DID to Device mentioned on first step.
  • specify DID 99999 on Ring Group "Route to DID if No Answer" field.

Now, call will be forwarded to Voicemail if not answered.
