Kolmisoft offers a complete Hosted MOR solution for the following business models:
- Wholesale origination and termination
- Retail (PC to Phone, Phone to Phone, etc)
- Calling Card
- Call Shop
You can choose between three plans:
- Hosted BRONZE. It is possible to send up to 0.1 Million minutes using your provider, price per additional minute - 0.002 EUR. Dedicated for those who want to enter the market with minimal investment.
- Hosted SILVER. It is possible to send up to 0.2 Million minutes using your provider, price per additional minute - 0.0015 EUR. Dedicated for small companies looking for an affordable solution to manage their business.
- Hosted GOLD. No limits of minutes, call capacity is up to 500 simultaneous calls. Dedicated for mid-size/big companies who have large customer base, need more advanced functionality and have requirement for big traffic load.
All plans include:

You can easily migrate from Hosted Bronze to Hosted Silver and from Hosted Silver to Hosted Bronze :
- Migration from Hosted Bronze to Hosted Silver takes up to 6 hours in working hours*.
Services will not be stopped during such migration. Data Migration is done for free.
- Migration from Hosted Bronze or Hosted Silver to Hosted Gold takes up to 24 hours in working hours*
Services will be stopped during such migration. Data Migration is done for free.
Migration from Hosted Gold to Hosted Bronze or Hosted Silver is not possible.
* Hours are Working hours, which are Monday to Friday from 9.00 - 18.00 GMT+2.

As MOR is a tool to make money out of VoIP business, below are approximate calculations, based on a variety of standard margins and valuation models:
- Wholesale - 10080 EUR/month. Calculated using average profit - 0.002 EUR/min, 500 concurrent calls;
- Retail - 25200 EUR/month. Calculated using average profit - 0.01 EUR/min, 250 concurrent calls;
- Calling Cards - 20160 EUR/month. Calculated using average profit - 0.02 EUR/min, 100 concurrent calls;
- Call Shop- 15120 EUR/month. Calculated using average profit - 0.01 EUR/min, 150 concurrent calls.

Performance of Hosted MOR depends on the plan you choose:
- Hosted Gold supports 500 concurrent calls without trancoding, using SIP protocol and G711 codec. Using trans-coding capacity is about 150 concurrent calls.
- Hosted Bronze/Silver supports 100 concurrent calls.
If 500 concurrent calls are not enough for your business, Kolmisoft can offer you multi-server solutions by combining asterisk and DB+GUI servers for better performance.

1st Server GUI+DB, 2nd Server Asterisk
- Average 300-400 calls with transcoding
- Benefits - you can browse statistics easily
1st Server GUI+DB+Asterisk, 2nd Server Asterisk
- Average 500-600 calls with minimal transcoding
- Drawbacks - on 1st server you need to send less calls than on 2nd server, avoid heavy statistics browsing when there are a lot of live calls.

| Can I have my domain name? | You can buy any domain name and map it to the IP address/hostname which you receive from Kolmisoft. |
| Can I have multiple IP addresses in Hosted Gold? | No, it is not possible. Our advice is to find an internet provider who can offer multiple IP addresses and use MOR RENT plan instead. |
| Can I have guaranteed QoS implementation in Hosted Gold? | QoS implementation is available only on private networks, you can achieve this by using your own server with MOR installed in a private network (or private datacenter). |
| What if I need more than 500 concurrent calls? | It is also possible - we will offer you multi-server solution for such purpose. Here you can find some examples. Please describe your needs in detail and contact us. We will prepare you a quote according to your needs. |
| Can I have SSL certificate? | No, it is not possible. Our advice is to find an internet provider who can offer SSL certificate and use MOR RENT plan instead. |
| What Service Level Agreement (SLA) do you offer? | Kolmisoft ensures the fast response time, described here and client-oriented troubleshooting with concentration on the main problems. However as we are not the owners of data center, so SLA is ensured by third party company. This is why we cannot fully undertake this responsibility. Here you can read full SLA guaranteed by OVH. |
| What level of security do you provide? | We ensure maximum protection for our clients. You can find detailed explanation on this section here. |
| Do you provide Virtual KVM facility? | No, we do not. |
