Device can't be reached

  • Make sure device is connected
  • Make sure device is registered to the system
  • Check nat option for device. Enable or disable it upon situation.
  • Check port info - adjust it depending on protocol. Default: SIP: 5060, IAX2: 4569
  • Check codecs - enable necessary codecs
  • Restart device
