PROBLEM

Call hangs after 60 seconds

TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS

Check SIP trace of call in Call Info page and find out who first sends BYE packet.

If it is Provider - then contact provider for further investigation;

If it is Originator - then check originating side equipment;

If it is MOR who sends first BYE packets, then MOR call logs needs to be checked on same Call Info page.

CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM

Disconnecting call for lack of RTP activity in 61 seconds
